Storyline: St. Jude Square is a vicinage living in fear and despair. The dueling gangs of limited kingpins Dash and Antuan terrorize the streets and the citizens live without a shred of hope... until obscure stranger Ryan Hong (Cung Le) arrives in place. He begins to play one clique against the other using his incomparable martial arts skills, and by vocation on the teachings of his splendid mentor Tiano (Jean-Claude Van Damme) to discover the strength to battle back. However, just as he begins to bring the common under control, Hong is confronted through Mr. V, the town's inhuman and corrupt police chief. At primary Mr. V is impressed by Hong's ingenuity, but soon sees Hong as a menace to his regime, and the sum of ~ units warriors are locked in a coryphaeus-to-head battle, pitting the apprehend and corruption of Mr. V's regime against the new beginning Hong represents since the people of St. Jude Square.
